Village Green Market

Here are a couple of the booths at the Village Green Market at the National Arts Festival in Grahamstown. The market was not as good as I had expected - just the usual market stuff that you find at all festivals in this country, with half the booths selling the same things. I was expecting more original handmade art and crafts. The two bottom photo's are a student theatre group dressed in traditional clothing. They were performing at the market, singing and dancing to the beat of an African drum - very nice.
