Visual journal round-up
Here is a round-up of some of my favourite online visual journals. I love all the different colours, styles and textures, and the way each is so individual expressing the artists personal style. They have provided me with lots of inspiration and I'd like to thank them all for so generously sharing their work and art. I had a bit of a dilemma with this post - even though the various authors chose to make their journals public on their blogs, journal pages are still in essence something very personal, so I wasn't sure how people would feel about having their pages on someone else's blog. In the end I thought it would be ok to just highlight a snippet cropped from a page to protect privacy but still allow all this gorgeous creativity to show through. I hope you enjoy this selection.

This is a cool idea although I know what you mean about journal pages feeling so personal. I find great inspiration from reading others although I feel like I am being naughty! Thanks for introducing me to some cool new blogs....Love blogging.
